How to get the app?

First of all, you’ll need to be insured with Humn. If you’re not, you can click here to sign up.

If you’re already insured with Humn, simply hit the button below and enter your details. We’ll send a unique download link and voucher code straight to your inbox. Please make sure you use this link and this link only; we’ve created a unique link with Shell – if you go through the app store you won’t get the awesome benefits!

Once you’ve downloaded the app, enter your unique voucher code on the first screen in the app. If you have an iPhone, you might see ‘Shell Fleet App wants to paste from Safari. Do you want to allow it?’. Please select ‘Allow paste’ to make sure your code is recognised.

Now you’ve done the hard bit, the rest is easy! Just follow these simple steps in-app:
✉️ Register with your email and create a password
🤑 Sign up for your fuel card special offer
🏠 Enter your preferred delivery address (this is where your fuel card will be sent to)
📸 Upload a picture of your driving license or passport and enter your personal details
💳 Enter your payment details and order your fuel card
🎉 Your fuel card will arrive in the post along with your PIN‍

What documentation do you need to create an account on the Shell app?

You’ll need to snap a photo of your passport or driving licence. You’ll also need your banking details handy. When taking a photo of your ID in-app, make sure that all text is visible, no parts of the ID are cropped, the lighting is good, and the photo is in focus.
